Maritza joined GTR in April of 2017 as the Project Coordinator. She provides administrative, marketing and HR coordination throughout the process of matching clients to industry executives. Maritza brings 25 years of organizational and process management skills to GTR.
Amy Wilkinson
Amy WilkinsonProject Coordinator
Amy joined GTR in July of 2017 as a Project Coordinator. Amy will be responsible for assisting with recruiting efforts, scheduling interviews and managing our communications. Amy comes to us from a Management Consulting firm where she worked as the Assistant to GTR’s Managing Director.
Pete Schimpke
Pete SchimpkePrincipal T&D Consultant
Pete Schimpke joined GTR in February of 2022 as our Principal T&D Consultant. Prior to joining us, Pete had over 40 years of experience working for electric utilities and consulting firms. This experience includes starting as an entry-level engineer and progressing to the director level. His experience as a candidate and hiring agent will allow GTR clients to benefit from his experience on both sides of the meter.

Kathy joined GTR in 2022 as a Data Manager. She works on keeping GTR’s information up to date. Prior to working for GTR, Kathy worked for an elementary school solving problems for both students and staff. Kathy loves the challenge of solving problems and helping others find what they need. Kathy has a BA in Psychology from DePauw University.

Loi PoleaExecutive Recruiter
Loi joined our team in June 2024. In her role as an Executive Recruiter, she focuses on initial outreach and collaborates closely with the team to address recruiting needs. Before joining GTR, Loi gained valuable experience in an RPO setting, which sparked her interest in delving deeper into the industry and expanding her knowledge.

Your income potential is unlimited. You don’t have to be satisfied with a 3% maximum corporate raise anymore. (First year average salary is $ 60,000, second year is $ 90,000 and third year is over $ 100,000).
